Booked a 2 bedroom apartment for 1 night. The room was disgusting, carpet filthy, lounges couldn't be sat on, walls dirty and the sliding doors lock shut.
Spoke to front of house, they were dismissive a rude.
Eventually they moved us to a 3 bedroom that was better. Although tables still had cup marks, carpet disgusting. What is listed in the picture is not what we received.
