Wonderful accommodation for staying in Okinawa

Nice hotel in a good location

In excellent condition. Large room in condo building. Pampered service. Nice extras at no cost. Very clean, comfortable and luxurious.

The resort is fairly large with many options for food. However reservations are recommended as some of the higher demand restaurants may not be able to accommodate. There is no room service, so guests should be proactive when it comes to meals. The quality of service meets and exceeds expectations and while not all staff speak English, there are incredibly patient and will help you get what you need. Spa, car rental, and transportation services to and from the airport and within the resort are available to get around. Amazing snorkeling and water activities right off the beach.

What a beautiful location and property! We loved staying here and wished we were able to stay longer. Pros: * The staff were outstanding. They went above and beyond for our family. * The location is quiet and just beautiful. * The breakfast buffet, pool, walkability to the beach and a washer/dryer in our room made this stand out. Cons: * Japan is a reservation focused country, we found. We found it a challenge to navigate some of this at this location. If you want to have lunch, for example, you need to make a reservation for the shuttle and a reservation for some of the dining locations - lunch is not provided at this hotel. *

We had an amazing time at the Atta Terrace. The people, food, massage, and nature around us was exactly what we needed for a much needed vacation.

Every detail was handled with care—from the seamless check-in to the personalized service throughout our stay. The room was absolutely stunning: spacious, immaculate, and elegantly designed with modern comforts and traditional Japanese touches. Our suite offered breathtaking ocean views, a serene private balcony, and thoughtful amenities that exceeded expectations, including plush bedding, luxury bath products, and state-of-the-art technology. What truly set this resort apart was the service. Every team member we encountered was genuinely kind, attentive, and proactive. Whether it was arranging transportation (including a shuttle from Naha), our dining, taxis, or simply greeting us each time we saw them, the hospitality was unmatched. The amenities were equally impressive. The resort boasts a serene infinity pool overlooking the coast, a world-class spa with traditional Japanese treatments, and several outstanding restaurants featuring locally sourced ingredients and impeccable presentation. Every meal was a culinary highlight. I would highly recommend this resort and can't wait to go back to Okinawa so we can stay here again.

Nice hotel. Rooms were clean but could see mould forming on the curtains and in the shower.

We booked this hotel as a quick one night stay before taking the ferry north. The hotel itself had lovely amenities like the onsen. It was clean, peaceful and relaxing. There was one pool we could use, but the rooftop pool cost $45 for each adult and $20 for each kid. So for a family of 4 quite expensive (and not advertised as an extra fee during the booking process). Our room was also quite small. The area around the hotel was shady for a family. We zipped out to eat dinner but my husband walked to the family mart a few blocks away and said it definitely had red light district vibes). The staff was lovely and helpful.
