Wonderful stay! 3 nights with two babies age 2 and 8 months, the staff were incredibly helpful, attentive and couldn’t do enough for you. The dinner was superb and breakfast varied. Unsure why such negative reviews we have a wonderful stay.

The buffet breakfast was one of the best during our 2 week tour through northern Japan. Wonderful selection. Rooms were quiet and nearby parking was great
