love the hotel overall. the roof top is amazing! would have liked a bit larger room with a better location/view.

A good place to stay near Times Square and Broadway theaters. Rooms need some renovation.

We liked everything - the quirkiness of the room with a wall of book shelves and books, a giant mirror leaning against the sall; didn’t mind that we had to call when the hot water didn’t come up, we liked the hotel very much. What we didn’t like was when we checked out, were told that as we had prepaid, we could just go. Days later, we were charged $57, calling the hotel, I was told that there was a facilities charge of $25 per day, pus tax.

One drink at bar was $26 (Tito’s/soda) , ate at sushi place and was delicious

Hotel is lovely and beautiful.

The hotel is modern but very quiet. The elevator system is a bit confusing and takes sometime to get used to. However, the staff is very helpful. Lastly, the location is great and the views were impeccable 🌟

Love the Epic hotel by Kimpton. We love the Kimpton brand. Our room was ready well before check in time which was fantastic after getting off cruise ship early.

Special thanks to Raquel at the front desk. Love the area around the hotel. It may be time for a bit of a refresh on the rooms but overall a great property. One final note, the elevator situation needs to be fixed asap!
