Motobu All inclusive Vacations

I loved staying here. It was spacious and the staff were great. It’s also right next to Kokusai Dori street so everything is in walking distance. I want to shout out the staff because I missed my flight to Naha in Narita, and they stayed 3 hours after checking close to make sure I got checked into my room. They are outstanding. The wet room was great, my room has washer and dryer, and separate toilet area. Would definitely stay again and I can’t recommend them enough.

Hospitality was very good, outside the entrance was shopping area and so many restaurants! Great location! Breakfast buffet was nice. Fire works every Saturday. We’ll be back!

For instance, the minibar is not complimentary, especially the nearest supermarket is a 10-minute drive away. Providing a one-time complimentary minibar would be a thoughtful gesture to make travelers feel more valued.

Great experience overall. Staff are very helpful and welcoming. Hotel was extremely clean and interiors modern. However, the waiting time of 120-134minutes to get into the breakfast buffet with 2 young children is extreme and needs a solution found. Considering the price we paid for 4 days it was disappointing to find out that the indoor pool and gym are an additional separate cost.

In short, Halekulani Okinawa combines stunning views, exceptional service, and world-class facilities into a perfect family getaway. We left feeling relaxed, grateful, and already planning our return. Highly recommended for families seeking both luxury and heartfelt hospitality.

We stayed for our honeymoon. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
