Stayed twice already there, would highly recommend, rooms are cleaned on a daily basis, fresh towels. Nice breakfast, staff is amazing. Pool is very clean.

If you’re reading this, you may think that this is a fake review. I assure you that it is not. It has been such a great day that I’m going to give you the full story. We were met at the door by a huge smile from the doorman Kutay. The type of smile that is immediately welcoming and he was very helpful. We got to the reception and another big smile from Ali who was amazing with his help with giving food recommendations as well as how to get around easier. We had a square facing room with views of the Mosque and Church which for someone who has been to 88 countries and all 7 continents, one of the best hotel views I have ever had (pictures below) the breakfast on the top floor also gives full panoramic views from the Bosphorus all the way across the city. The breakfast staff are so nice and the food is great (honey on the comb is delicious). On some other occasions we had to ask the front reception for help and Umar was our man. Very helpful, was happy to help, and we are truly grateful. You want to talk about hospitality 10/10, location 10/10, Staff 20/10, rooms 10/10. This will be the only hotel I ever stay at when I come back to Istanbul and they have rightfully earned my business and my recommendation for a lifetime.
