Shikanoshima Island All inclusive Vacations

Very good location and convenient to public transport and walking distance to major shopping hotspots. The facilities are modern and stylish. However as this is an apartment hotel service is limited especially for cleaning. One merit to mention is that each room is equipped with a washing/drying machine and thus save space for extra clothes, but the minus is that the pantry doesn't have any cooking utensils (cooking knife, pots, cutting board, crockery, cutlery, dish washing liquid etc.) except an electric kettle, tea cups and spoons, and if you want to do some very basic cooking like cooking an instant noodle you have to rent a saucepan or pot or chopsticks from the reception. This was an experience different from what we jad visited other chain apart hotels. To be fair then other hotels you jave to share washing and drying facilities in public laundry.

Will definitely be staying here again if we ever come back to Fukuoka. Location was perfectly located above the Tenjin Airport line station, with an elevator that takes you directly from hotel lobby to the subway basement level, with the train station turnstile conveniently located within 100ft, so even if you have lots of luggage to haul around it's not an issue. The room was clean and quiet, breakfast was amazing and staffs were friendly and incredibly helpful. We had purposely left some of our old clothing behind because we couldn't fit everything into our luggage, they actually reached out asking whether we had forgotten stuff at the room. That's a first for us. This level of service is on another level. The only minor downside is there isn't a loading area to the hotel for passenger/private/rental vehicles, you will have to off load in the hotel loading bay in the back of the building. And parking will just have to be at a nearby public lot. But a complete non issue if you're taking the train. Definitely staying here again for our return to Fukuoka

Good location and the room is clean

The lobby is gorgeous! Staff helpful and gracious. Concierge helped us book reservations for kid’s haircuts. They also helped with luggage delivery service and accepted credit cards for payment. You had to scan a qr code and enter the info and they would measure and weigh your luggage to determine the cost. We had a a clean and spacious room. There was a illy coffee maker in the room but no convenient outlets other than the extension cord where the tv was plugged in. There were tea bags but no kettle. Microwave was by the front desk. No coin laundry facilities but provided laundry service. They had moisturizer and cleanser provided at the front desk. Other amenities like toothbrush, comb, qtips, cotton pads, pajamas, and slippers were all in the room. They provided kids’ slippers and toothbrushes also. Note that there was no body lotion but no big deal as there was a drug store 3 minutes by foot. Great location with a family mart right next to it and a cafe that had really good coffee. It was less than a 10 minute walk to hakata station-actually felt more like 5 minutes. Numerous cafes nearby. Overall great stay!

Hotel is clean and modern. Well-located and walkable to Canal City Mall. Quite a number of unagi restaurants around as well. The hotel staff were really friendly especially the parking uncle. Really commend is dedication to his job. There's washer and dryer too though the dryer seems rather inefficient. Might need a 2hr drying cycle for your entire laundry to be dry.
