9/10 Wonderful! (177 reviews)
This hotel has potential, but our experience fell short in several important ways. The location is extremely difficult for taxis, and none were willing to pick us up or drop us off. The staff didn’t provide much assistance and seemed frustrated when trying to help, leaving us to carry heavy luggage up stairs and through crowded streets.
The buffet offers plenty of options, but hygiene needs serious improvement. Flies were present around the food, and guests were mixing utensils between dishes. Drink machines were limited and often malfunctioned.
The room was clean, and the housekeeping team deserves praise — they were fast, friendly, and kept everything spotless. Unfortunately, the amenities were lacking. Shampoo and conditioner weren’t provided unless requested, and towels and robes had noticeable stains.
We also had an issue with our reservation not being honored for an additional night, resulting in a downgrade and a refund process through Expedia. Views from the room were disappointing, facing nearby apartments and shops. The rooftop breakfast area was the only place with a pleasant view. While the neighborhood is convenient for shopping, the overall stay didn’t meet expectations
