The Japanese people that stayed in this hotel were rude. Wouldn’t share and elevator or sit by us during breakfast. Even closed elevator on us so we couldn’t get on. And can’t use onsen because of tattoos. So if a white person with tattoos… please move on. And had to buy ice. Rooms were clean and bed comfortable and staff was nice. But people who stay here are rude and nasty!

チェックインの手続きに時間がかかりました。
ビデオ通話での手続きでしたが、何度か通話が切れて他の同伴者を待たせるはめになったのが残念でした。
ホテル自体は清潔でアメニティも充実していました。電波が4Ｇで通信が困難だったところが改善ポイントです。

The outdoor jacuzzi was nice.

They don’t have a regular bus service to and from the bridge and tour boats, had to use a city bus. They charged for using Onsen bath even though my wife didn’t use one, how cheap is that?
