Hotel service seriously lacking, despite the new and grand hotel.
NEVER SEEN no room ready for me to check in until 5PM. I had to get changed in the casino bathroom for a show, and check in my luggage at bell desk. When I come back, bell desk wouldn't give me my luggage but said I needed to call front desk with hotel phone to ask for it to be delivered to my room. When I did that, front desk says I need to wait 15mins for someone to deliver to me, even though I'm starving to go to dinner.
Finally, when the staff deliver my luggage to me - he explicitly asked me for tips! So I not only put up with bad service, waste my time, but I also need to pay extra for it. I'm stunned..
And the staff at the check-in is so impatient and unhelpful, they also give me wrong information saying my food credit is per stay instead of per night - so there goes $100 wasted. And later when I go to front desk to ask for slippers, instead of giving it to me, front desk said she could only file a ticket and has "no idea when room service can send to me". Ok, later when the staff delivered it, again he wouldn't let go of the slippers out of his hand, suggesting for tips.... Have never seen this in any hotel, even in other vegas big hotels.. Would not stay here again.
