New Providence Island Beach Vacations

The room was spacious and clean. The view wasn’t ideal since it was on the 1st floor on the far side but still was able to see some ocean view. Staff very friendly and attentive. Great amenities like the use on water bike and kayak. Overall I had a great stay.

Don’t get me wrong, the property is stunning but the food is extremely overpriced and very subpar. The chicken at certain restaurants were very processed chicken for the price. Three days was more than enough.

I loved the ocean view from my room and the sound of the waves. I was extremely busy during my trip and wished I had had more time to relax on the room's porch. Island Beach vibe. Room could use a few minor updates but I was happy with it. The two things I wished for was- 1. A gate on the spiral staircase leading directly up my room's terrace from the main floor (Other guests walked up out of curiosity a few times and it was a bit uncomfortable) Perhaps a rope at the bottom of the stairs blocking entrance when guests occupy that room would be sufficient.2-3. an iron and more clothes hangars. I know its a tourist inn but sometimes even tourists are visiting with a greater mission. People complain about the stairs and there are a lot of them- But unless you have mobility issues more generally- after a day or two, you are fine.

The Island House feels like the best private retreat located in a lush beautiful part of the island! Absolutely stunning private beach access and impeccable service. 5 Stars!
