Lovely grounds, very friendly staff. Overpriced food and drinks. A nice place but not quite 5 star IMO and based on other 5 star experiences. More like 4 star or 4.5 max. Some kid friendly options but overall not the most kid friendly place

Primero que todo en la habitación dejamos una basura botellas vacías y las chicas no la recogieron y lo segundo teníamos que avisarle al chico que nos abriera el garaje para llegar . Deberían de tener otro sistemas de cámaras y tener registradas las placas del carro cuando uno hace la reserva. Pero de resto todo genial piscinas desayuno excelente y un chico excelente muy formal el que da las toallas en la piscina el cubanito. Las chica de la piscina principal del piso 0 la chica de trencitas que reparte las bebidas muy grosera. Debería de quedarse callada y no responder de la manera que lo hizo.
