To claim 5 star status they need to take a long hard look at a real 5 star property and bring staff and amenities up to standard. Too many bus tour groups downgrade the experience. The buffet breakfast room is a very noisy cafeteria style environment so much so my wife refused to eat there again. "Very welcoming and helpful staff. Beautiful relaxed tropical gardens with large swimming pool and loved the private beach access. Our 2BR villa was spacious and gorgeous with bottled water provided each day.
Bar staff and pool staff were lovely. Easy access to Hoi An old town via courtesy bus or Grab taxi.
My only recommendations would be, reception is lovely and open but stinking hot in summer, air conditioning would be more welcoming for new visitors and the staff that work in that heat.

"Good location along the river. Beach is a bit far away. Spacious room with comfortable bed. However, room was dated lacking conveniently placed outlets and had no USB ports. Breakfast options were good, but the restaurant was small and crowded during our visit. Staff was friendly."
