โEverything happens seamlessly at this hotel from check-in to check-out. The staff are friendly and helpful, and either have some English or are experts at using translator apps.
The room was clean, spacious, quite, cool and attractive.
The surrounding area has everything you could want, while being a large block away from main tourist area, and so is more authentically Vietnamese.
The beach is wonderful.

โI stayed in a Grand Suite with Seaview. It is worth the price. When I saw the hotel outside, I was disappointed. Once I stepped in, however, everything was satisfactory.
The hotel is conveniently located. Restaurants and spas are nearby. But I recommend the hotel spa. It provides 50% off for 60 minute or 90 minute aroma massage from 2pm to 4pm. The spa facility is good. And the therapists were good, too. Finally, a gentleman in the hotel reception was really helpful. I will come...
