"The staff here are all very friendly. They were happy to take a commemorative photo with me, which I really appreciated. We stayed over my partners birthday which was made extra special by the staff who were so friendly, especially Jenny as she organised flower, balloons and a heartfelt note to be delivered while we were out as a surprise.
