A quiet street, a beautifully well maintained lobby, quick check in/out process, a great buffet, a wonderful sushi restaurant inside, a truly special pool with views of the nearby ocean, ACTUALLY cable channels, an enjoyable shower, the list goes on. I stayed in 3 different hotels between Da Nang & Hanoi & THIS was by far my favorite. Highly recommend!

Customer service is excellent, all of the staff we encountered were very nice and welcoming and always ready to help. The property is well maintained and clean. Breakfast is excellent and has a lot of choices.

I stayed for multiple nights, and the daily housekeeping was thorough, allowing me to have a very pleasant stay. The front desk staff, as well as the doormen, shuttle drivers, and restaurant staff—everyone was very kind.I especially appreciated how they were more than happy to help with an urgent shoe repair and offered some great tips for sightseeing. The toilet and bathroom were kept clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The view from the room was also excellent. The premium buffet was delicious; they even prepared fresh pho right on the spot. I tried the afternoon tea, but it was disappointing that it turned out to be nothing more than a buffet-style tea service.

It is a great spot if you are staying in danang, staff is super friendly and amenities are pretty good. Gym is quite small but has the necessities for a decent workout. Rooftop pool is pretty chill. Plenty of food options nearby and good distance from many tourists spots.

This was my first stay in Da Nang and it will be hard for any other hotel to top my stay at Sala Hotel. As soon as you enter their massive lobby you know you are in a great hotel. The kindest staff. The room and hotel in immaculate condition. I wish I could give ten stars!! Oh and their breakfast...out of this world. If any friends come to visit, I will demand they stay at SALA.

Sala Danang is a large hotel (25 floors) but, the staff is very personable and helpful. One day my wife wasn’t feeling well and asked me to bring back some breakfast items from the dining room. Dining employee member , Them, insisted on gathering the items and delivered them to our room. Later in the afternoon she called to check on my wife and asked if she needed anything. I expect this at small, boutique hotels but, not at large properties. Other staff members were very interested in our site seeing and were quick to recommend places to visit, off the beaten path.

Room: very clean, comfortable beds, magnificent beach view. Staff: very courteous and helpful Location: 1 block from the beach. There are lots of restaurants and spas around.
