"My stay at this hotel was excellent. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, the location was perfect, and the breakfast was fantastic, with a great variety of choices. Overall, everything about the hotel itself was very good, and I truly enjoyed my stay. My only disappointment was the tour I booked through the hotel. Unfortunately, I was not satisfied with the experience. The minibus that came to pick us up was very old and uncomfortable. Moreover, after comparing this tour with the one I took in Hanoi, I was surprised to find that the Hanoi tour was cheaper while offering a much better overall experience and higher quality service. For a hotel of this standard, I believe the tours offered to guests should meet higher standards, with better transportation, service, and value for money. I hope the management will take this feedback seriously and work with more reliable tour operators to ensure that the excursions match the hotel's excellent reputation. Apart from this issue, everything else was wonderful, and I would like to thank the hotel team for making my stay so enjoyable."

"The hotel is really well located to explore Da Nang. The staff are very helpful and kind, the hotel itself is clean and the restaurant breakfast is very varied and tasty. A great selection of food and drinks available. Our room deal included a massage every day, and the spa staff were brilliant, just what was needed after a day exploring. Would certainly recommend this hotel as it’s good value for money."

It’s such a wonderful feeling to be recognized and welcomed back. Steven is an outstanding manager who makes guests feel valued and appreciated. His personal touch and genuine hospitality truly make a difference. The service from the reception staff is truly unbeatable! They are welcoming, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile. The housekeeping team is equally exceptional, with their attentiveness to detail and dedication to keeping the rooms clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Their efforts make the stay so much more enjoyable. I would also like to commend the restaurant staff for their excellent service and hospitality, making every dining experience a pleasure.
