"We arrived early around 10;30, they let us check early @1100. Whatever I asked,they tried to help us as much as possible. Breakfast was so good, specially bread was crispy outside and chewy inside!, egg and pho station, changed menu every day Very convenient location! An toi restaurant is next door, beautiful beach view from our room. They let us check out late instead of room upgrade! We will comeback absolutely!"

"Chicland was a dream! The staff including Trang was so great and accommodating. I highly recommend this stay, the location is great, lots of food and things to do, the beach is literally steps from the hotel and lots of water activities as well. Food is great! Book it!"

"I picked this hotel very randomly. No real research done. 8 of us were there for a Pickleball camp, the majority stayed at an AirBnB while I chose the convenience/comfort of a hotel. And I have to say, it was a great choice. Very attentive staff. Sizeable room, good with cleanliness. Excellent spa etc. I'd definitely stay there the next time around. The only reason why I am not giving it a full 5-stars is coz I was very surprised with the room service food. It was lacklustre. Even a basic fried rice was disappointing. If they sort that, they will be slam dunk winners in my book. They are close anyway. Keep it up. See you again soon. Cheers!"

"The staff was very welcoming and helpful upon arrival. We got in late and check in was ease. The room was kept very clean every day we were there. It’s about a 5 min walk to the beach and close to a lot of good places. Would definitely stay again!!"

"I requested riverview through e mail in advance but was not. When I checked in I was so tired after 36 hrs flight fom USA, didn't pay attention before signing. So when I entered the room it was city and construction view,made me so disappointed . Room table had some spots we cleaned. Breaskfast was soso. I don't think want to come back here again."

"A nice enough room, but with the view of a neighbouring wall it wasn't great! Also badly planned/laid out. Just things in bad places so it seemed little thought had gone into it's design. Pool area was fine but not as impressive as photos suggested I'd say. The staff though were lovely and the breakfast was great... Maybe the best we had. Also in a very good location, although further south along the beach would have been that bit more central to most of the action."

"The hotel is really lovely and we had an excellent stay. The staff were very friendly, the rooms are spacious and very clean. The air con in the rooms was excellent although it would be great if the hall ways and lobby also had great aircon, these areas can still feel alittle humid and warm. The breakfast had a great selection and was good quality, the staff at breakfast are really helpful. The pool area is very nice but maybe not as large as it appears in the images and does get very busy so getting a spot to sunbath is difficult. The hotel will on your luggage if you check in early and your room is not ready. Likewise when you check out. The luggage seemed secure although we would have preferred it in a secure room rather than just put to the side in the lobby. Overall a few small points aside I would stay at this hotel again and recommend it to others. It is also in a good spot for the beach and restaurants. "
