"Overall a good stay because the room was quiet and spacious. The breakfast buffet is a strong point with countless choices and good quality food.The only negative points were the balcony being narrow with no chairs and the bathroom shower floor is very slippery during showers and doesn't have a shelf. The staff was professional, and I am going to miss that breakfast buffet."

"Great hotel close to all the sights and the beach. Our room was clean and spacious and had a wonderful view of the sunrise. Breakfast was very good and there were enough food options to fill you up prior to the start of the day. It is a large hotel, so it can get busy, but there were never line ups for food. Unfortunately there was construction across from the hotel, so it was noisy during our stay. It looks like it is the start of a large project, so this could be the case for some time. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would certainly recommend the hotel for anyone looking for a spot close to the action. "

"The breakfast menu was decent but not international. The A/C worked great and the staff was very friendly. The pool water was freezing because it is completely covered. Some may like being out of the sun but the water doesnt have a chance to heat up at all. The location is the best and you cant beat it. "

"AC, was mediocre. My guess is vents are not cleaned regularly. First I want to thank hotel staff for printing out my itineraries flying out. That said, charging me for a single bottle of water, after a 3 night stay, show terrible customer service. There are 2 plastic bottles in the fridge. Apparently, only one is free. Matters not if you stay one night or 3. Usually, they are replaced daily. Clearly, not here. For that 20,000 dong , I will never stay there again. And it is rundown and located next to a 24/7 Irish Pub. "

" I had a very disappointing experience staying at Grand Lotus Hotel Da Nang and would not recommend it. The cleanliness standards were honestly unacceptable. The bedsheets looked dirty and didn’t feel fresh at all, which immediately made the room uncomfortable. It gave the impression that housekeeping wasn’t doing a thorough job. Speaking of housekeeping, the room cleaning service was extremely poor. Either the room wasn’t properly cleaned, or basic things were overlooked. It felt inconsistent and careless, especially for a hotel that presents itself as a decent stay. The gym was another letdown. There were no clean towels available, which is pretty basic for any hotel fitness facility. It just added to the overall feeling that the hotel doesn’t pay attention to details. One of the most frustrating parts was their policy on the room key. They charge 200,000 VND if you lose it, which feels excessive and unnecessary. It left a bad impression and felt like they’re trying to squeeze extra money out of guests. Overall, between poor cleanliness, bad service, and unreasonable charges, this hotel is not worth it. There are definitely better options in Đà Nẵng that offer much better value and professionalis "

"All staff are very nice, smiling and kindness. they did every day what I needed. I would like to visit again if I go Da nang next time. Also I recomend Yarra Hotel to anyone those who will visit Da Nang, it close to beach."
