"pool was closed my sons very disappointed, room is hot thermostat not working staff came to fix but did not help, requested electric fan they said they do not have but eventually they provided us one room not comfortable"

"The staff were absolutely amazing! They brought a surprise birthday cake to me while I was eating breakfast, which was super sweet of them. Rooms were a good size and clean, and the location was perfect being right across from the beach and having many restaurants nearby. The breakfast buffet was amazing as well, so much selection and they even had a pho station! I will definitely be back here during my next visit to Da Nang!"
