I love everything at Pavilion hotel. From the staffs to the hotel. Everything was perfect. I will stay there again when I am in da nang. The location was perfect close to the beach. Only regrets was it was raining some of the time.

I have stayed here twice now. The location is great, AC is cold, rooms are clean, staff is friendly. Only slight downside is the walls are a bit thin.

Good location with 1 minutes to the beach. The front street reaches straight to the Dragon Bridge with a 20-minute walk or a taxi in 3 minutes. Han Market is not too far from the bridge. The breakfast is so amazing. There is a lot of choice of food. Serve a hot meal of Western and Vietnamese foods. They gave a free room upgrade. I will be back next time.

Great value for money and great experience with amazing hospitality from all the staff. Me and family stayed there for 5 nights. The hotel has great access to the My Khe Beach and all the famous seafood restaurants are within 5 minutes walk, non-seafood options are within 5-10 min car ride. Im completely satisfied with locayion and access. The breakfast service has a lot of options and the staff are always smiling and kind. Only one thing is that the walls are thin so you can hear people from other rooms going in and out. Suggested to be quiet in the evening for everyone's sake. Would love to stay there again!

Alana the receptionist was amazing, upon arrival she welcomed me with great enthusiasm and such a warm smile, I was welcome with a nice cold drink and the porter kindly took my luggage to my room. Breakfast 10/10 good selection I was able to try everything, Bonus rooftop swimming pool and bar 10/10, Sea views from my window 10/10 Hotel location 10/10 just across the road from the beach, plenty of restaurants and convenience stores located next to the Hotel, so many food option to choose from. Hotel and staff was amazing 10/10 especially Alana for making me feel so welcomed! I have stayed at 5 different hotels since arriving in Vietnam and I must say this was by far the best! I will definitely be coming back here aswel as recommended this Hotel to others. As I am from the UK and stayed at the Ritz-Carlton, St. Regis Hotels & Resorts and Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts I can honestly say Pavilion Hotel Da Nang was on the same level if not better. Thank you Alana and staff for making my stay amazing I will definitely be coming back!
