I stayed for five nights and overall I was satisfied. The staff were especially kind and their service was excellent. However, the facilities showed signs of aging in several places. Also, for regular guests, the only available restaurant was SASA, which felt a bit limited.

The staff were very lovely. If you are a family, you need a Level room. They are very good. The beach is beautiful and the breakfast was very good. It’s an easy distance from the airport and the Marble Mountain is easy walking distance which was a really great way to spend a morning.

Challenging to find a better spot on earth!

This hotel is truly exceptional—immaculately maintained, beautifully designed, and full of thoughtful details that make for an unforgettable stay. The breakfast buffet offers a wide and fresh selection each morning, and every meal we had was absolutely delicious. The kids’ club is outstanding, keeping the little ones engaged and happy with fun, well-organized activities. We especially loved the complimentary bikes, which made exploring the lush, resort-like grounds feel like a family adventure through paradise. From the stunning pools to the pristine beach and the array of activities available for all ages, everything exceeded our expectations. A heartfelt thank you to the wonderful Guest Relations Manager, Ngo Nhung, whose warmth, attention to detail, and genuine care made our stay feel truly special. The entire staff was incredibly kind and went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. This is the perfect destination for families seeking rest, reconnection, and joy. We left feeling refreshed and full of beautiful memories—and we absolutely plan to return. Highly recommended!

素敵なホテルでした。 特に清掃が行き届いている印象で、気持ちよく滞在できました。 ブールも多いので密集することなく楽しめました。 朝食は日替わりなので飽きることなく美味しくいただけました。 ただ、フロントの連携がうまく取れておらず、何度も同じことを聞くようなことがありました。 また、部屋の入り口で雨漏りがあり、掃除を頼みましたが忘れられているようでした。 5つ星ホテルということだったので少し残念でした。

とても満足できる滞在でした。 日本語のできるスタッフはいませんが、皆さん気持ちよく対応してくれます。 中心部から少し距離はありますが、Grabを利用すれば特に気になりませんし、 ビーチリゾートでの滞在をメインとするならとても良い環境です。 The LEVELというクラスの部屋に宿泊しました。 部屋は広く清潔で、空調もしっかり効きます。 サンダルとベトナムの帽子（ノンラー）が用意されていて、重宝しました。 シャワールームは、半分屋外です。（屋根と2mぐらいの壁はあります） 幸い滞在中は、気候に恵まれましたが、気候が悪い時にはどうなのでしょう。 また、広場を挟んだ向かいの棟の2階の部屋から見られる不安は少し感じました。 ビーチとプールには、タオルが用意されています。 ビーチパラソルとビーチチェアがありますが、数は少なめで常時満席でした。 部屋の目の前のThe LEVEL専用プールは、他のプールより空いていますが、 チェックする係員がいるわけではないので、誰でも利用できる状態でした。 夕食をホテル内のレストラン、CAPE NAOとSASAでいただきました。 どちらも美味しく、リーズナブルで楽しむことができました。 来客者が多い時には、少し人手が足りていない感じではありました。 The LEVEL宿泊者は、レイトチェックアウトも可能となっていますが、 チェックアウト前日まで可能なのか分からず、最終日の予定が立てられませんでした。 経緯は次のとおりです。 チェックインした際にレイトチェックアウトについて確認したところ、 「多分大丈夫だけど、明日、専用レセプションで聞いてください」とスタッフから言われました。 遅い時間（PM11時頃）で、The LEVEL専用のレセプションが開いていないからでしょう。 翌日、改めて専用レセプションに行って確認しましたが、 「チェックアウト前日まで分からない」とスタッフから言われました。 チェックアウト前日の外出時（AM7時頃）に、通常のレセプションで確認しましたが、 「朝8時になると専用レセプションの担当が来るので、それから確認してください」とスタッフから言われました。 外出してしまうため、夕方、ホテルに戻ってきた時に専用レセプションで聞くと、 ようやく「レイトチェックアウト可能」と言ってもらえました。 それぞれのスタッフは丁寧に対応してくださいましたが、 専用レセプションの存在がありがたくなく感じてしまいました。 いろいろと書きましたが、ダナンを再訪する機会があれば、またメリアを利用したいと思います。

ホイアンへも近く、また五行山も徒歩範囲で、非常にロケーションが良いホテルでした。 ただ、Levelルームゲスト用のアフタヌーンティーは良かったですが、部屋への日差しがきつく、エアコンの効きがあまり良くありませんでした。 また、最後の日はチェックアウト時間が早く、朝食がとれませんでした。代わりにミールボックスをいただけるか確認しましまが有料とのことで、少し残念でした。
