I stayed here for my birthday trip and had such a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive throughout my stay. A special thank you to Quyen, who took such great care of me and made my birthday feel even more special. I truly appreciated her kindness and thoughtful hospitality. The resort itself was beautiful, and Iā€™m so glad I chose to spend my birthday here. I would definitely stay here again the next time I visit Da Nang. overall we really loved the hotel, even extended our initial reservation during our stay, quiet private beach amazing pools, nice spaces rooms. breakfast was great variety, the only bad thing about breakfast is that it feels chaotic :) 10 minutes drive from my keah beach which was perfect for us

The customer service at the hotel was 10/10. We had issues with loud neighbors and they immediately offered us a different room. The breakfast buffet has great variety and worth including in your stay. The dinner buffet However was sub-par. You're better off eating out in town. The restaurant by the beach had great food but over priced. We had booked a car pickup through the hotel from the airport but due to flight delays they left the airport before we arrived. We ended up taking a grab. In turn they offered a free drop off at the airport when we were leaving. Overall the beach is amazing with great spa services and pools. Great home base to explore both Hoi An and Danang proper.

We are so happy that we chose Melia resort in Da nang. We stayed 7 nights and we had wonderful stay. The breakfast and the service was excellent. All the staff welcoming us from their heart. We really loved the beach area it was so calm and clean. The room was so nice and lots of space. We will definitely come back next time!

Stayed here for 4 nights and loved it. A big advantage of staying just outside of Danang central is having a beach to yourself with less tourists and there are 3 large pools here so it never felt crowded. Great room with nice bed and good WiFi. Excellent breakfast. 15min into Danang by taxi at 100,000vnd so it was also convenient. Would easily stay here again to relax and unwind.

Staff are really helpful. Theyā€™re are a few who were not. for the price this is a great resort that is in the middle of Hoi An and da nang. Room size are good. Breakfast is good, the service there could be improved. Would say this it a 4:5 star.

Melia Da Nang was exceptional. Service at the pool bar was a little slow and because the resort wasn't full it lacked some atmosphere. On the plus side, we could always get a sun bed! Location was quite a way out of town (not walkable in the heat) but Grab transport was easy to use, always available and cheap.

We chose Melia Danang because of our great experience at Melia Ho Tram, and this stay did not disappoint. The Level lounge staff, especially Uyen, was incredibly kind and attentive, and we truly appreciated her warm service. Breakfast at Sasa Restaurant was also very enjoyable, and having a Korean staff member there made us feel very comfortable. The buggy drivers were friendly and helpful, the swimming pool was beautiful, and we had a great dinner at Cape Nao Restaurantā€”the seafood platter was especially delicious. We will definitely choose Melia again for our future trips.
