"Clean, spacious, nice services"

"Beautiful property. Kind & helpful staff. I had an issue in our room. Found over a dozen bugs around both beds on our first night. They looked like fat maggots but I’m pretty sure they were actually maggots. Very unsettling. Shared video to front desk. Housekeeping came up to sweep them out the door. But nothing more. Housekeeping handed us bug spray and left. Unacceptable. After finding a few more crawling around the floor an hour later the front desk moved us to another room. Unfortunately the room was a bit of a downgrade from what I reserved. Nothing else was done. Management had not even apologized. The next day I contacted Expedia so I could be refunded the difference in room costs since I had been downgraded. Expedia called the hotel and Koi refused to refund the mere $14 dollar difference. Trust me I’m desperate for $14 it was more about the principle of fairness. Hours later I was called by someone in management and offered a better room & sent a fruit platter for our last night. I did get an apology. Sadly shuffling btwn several rooms we left behind 2 favorite tshirts & phone plug. Traveled across countries to relax only to go through this was disheartening. I do not believe this is a common experience here but it still happened."

"Didn’t like the layout of the bathroom (no doors), but the massage facilities were top notch and the grounds were beautiful. Food was good but not top tier per se. "

"The room was as described, was clean and the resort facilities were very good. We had a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment which had plenty of space and ideal for families. The resort pool was good and the resort in general had a nice resort vibe. You do not go to reception when checking in or out, someone meets you at your room and you pay a cash deposit, but this went smoothly although feels a little weird. They do have somewhere to store your bags, despite the room not being directly provided though the resort. The restaurant for is average, but a short grab or taxi into Danang is easy enough."

From the moment we arrived until the second we left, we felt completely taken care of. The Villa: Pure Elegance and Space We stayed in a 3-Bedroom Garden View Villa, and it was nothing short of fantastic. At over 320 square meters, the villa felt incredibly spacious - perfect for a group or family - giving everyone enough room to breathe while still feeling cohesive. The interiors were elegant and modern, striking that perfect balance between luxury and comfort. The highlight was definitely the private swimming pool; it was a great size (not just a "plunge" pool) and served as our favourite spot to unwind in the afternoons. Exquisite Dining Experiences The resort’s dining options are top-tier. • Man Ho Restaurant: We loved starting our days here with the expansive breakfast buffet. The service was consistently warm, and the mix of international favourites and local Vietnamese flavours was delicious. • Beach House: This was our go-to for lunch and dinner with a view. The setting is stunning, overlooking the pool and the ocean, and the food was fresh and expertly prepared. The Heart of the Resort: The Staff What truly sets this resort apart is the team. The staff made our stay truly incredible; nothing was too difficult or too much trouble for them. They anticipate your needs with a smile, ensuring every moment is stress-free."

"Pros: you can use Hyatt Regency hotel’s amenities. The unit is roomy and on the beach, the kitchen has everything to cook a quick meal. We loved the balcony. Cons: buggies/golf carts don’t provide you any services because your unit is not associated with the hotel. One of our key cards never worked from the minute we checked in, the host knows about it. The furnitures are older but mattress is very comfortable. Wifi was a bit troublesome. If you book a taxi , you would have to clarify it’s a Hyatt Resident B."
