Rooms are fabulous for the area. Beds are wonderful, showers are great, pool is almost the size of the Ocean!! But it’s COLD COLD. Food is very subpar. The only great place to eat anywhere close is EL GAUCHO!

Excellent hotel in between Da Nang and Hoi An. Fabulous pool and beach area and excellent food at beach bar. Daily Shuttle bus to Hoi An at a very reasonable price.

Our expectations may have been too high. The facilities and fixtures are beautiful, and the 250-meter pool is truly impressive. The pool-view room was spacious and offered a nice view. However, another hotel of the same brand on the same street feature open-air corridor designs where opening the door leads to lush gardens. They also offer stronger water pressure and more stable hot water in the showers, double sinks in the bathrooms, a more varied breakfast buffet, and outdoor tables where you can dine while enjoying the breeze. In comparison, the Sheraton fell a bit short in these areas. In addition, when going from the second floor or above in the annex to the front desk, you must first go down to the first floor, walk to the main building, and then go back up to the second floor, which was somewhat inconvenient. That said, the staff service was excellent. Everyone was consistently polite, sincere, and attentive.

Beautiful resort and very attentive staff. We enjoyed daily breakfast which had so many offerings, it was hard to choose. The spa was also delightful. The Infiniti pool was unique. I’d highly recommend this resort.

Beautify property! You are far from the city center, but it is quiet and you have the beach essentially to yourself. Restaurants were great and buffet was wonderful too. Only complaint was limited AC in lobby and elevators.

Very clean and well maintained hotel. Food was surprisingly good for a resort such that we stayed and dined in for dinner every night we were there. Breakfast was delicious and the staff very attentive. It is a small resort, so less facilities than a larger resort, but we were content with the facilities. Would be nice if there were more activities for children and if the kids club opened past 6pm. We will be back!

We stayed here as part of our honeymoon! They made us feel very special and our trip was very memorable. The breakfast buffet was amazing, varied and the flavours were great! We ate at 2 of the restaurants (The Grill & La Plage) both were fantastic! Plenty of family friendly activities and areas which was lovely to see. Would recommend and hopefully stay here again one day. Thank you
