予約直後から滞在中、LINEでスムーズなやり取りができ安心でした。AnnaさんとJennyさんはとても親切でした。リゾート内は植栽も美しく、レストラン側のプールはとても開放的で(タワー側は壁がザリザリしていて、怪我をしました)、何よりもプライベートビーチが最高でした。ダナン市街地とホイアンの中心なのでどちらへの観光もタクシーで30分弱。静かで美しいビーチでゆっくりした人におすすめです。 ただ、今回宿泊したのがタワーだったため、リゾート内の位置付けがよく分からず少し困惑しました。リゾート内を移動するバギーを利用できると聞いていたのですが、レストランで呼んでもらおうとスタッフに伝えるとその部屋はダメと言われたり、チェックイン/アウトの精算が部屋の中でレセプションを通らなかったり。バギーはLINEで頼めば対応してくれるし、部屋での精算も早くて良いのですが、ホテルではなかったことに現地で気付きました。リゾートの敷地内にあるリゾートマンション？タイムシェア別荘？を貸してるんですかね。予約時にもう少し詳しく説明があると良かったです。 全体的にはとても素晴らしい滞在で満足しています。

We loved our stay here. The beach was fantastic .... clean and not crowded. The villa was wonderful (a bit dated but very comfortable)... lots of room, large open spaces, a great pool in the backyard (albeit a bit small). The staff was wonderful ... arranged car service, check-in and check-out at the villa, very very responsive (Tony got things done and on top of all our requests). Very nice restaurant (but you pay when you eat, it does not transfer to the room). All in all .... we had a great 4 days there.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful pool villa! The property was spotless, spacious, and tastefully decorated — a perfect blend of luxury and comfort. The private pool was a highlight for us; clean, well-maintained, and ideal for both relaxing and fun with the family. What truly made our stay exceptional was the warm hospitality we received. Anna and Jenny were incredibly helpful throughout our visit. From the moment we arrived, they went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Whether it was giving local recommendations, arranging transport, or just checking in to make sure we had everything we needed — they were always available and genuinely kind. Everything was so pefect. They provide top-notch service. Anna and Tony are always available via Kakaotalk and helped me a lot with our family trip planning. Breakfasts are superb and ground transportation services (with charges) were great. We used Grand Deluxe Villa and it was really spacious for our group of 10 people. Thank you Anna and Tony!

We had an absolutely amazing family trip at Ocean Estates. The villa itself was stunning — spacious, beautifully maintained, and perfect for a family getaway. The private swimming pool was a highlight for us, and the large rooms gave everyone plenty of space to relax. The outdoor barbecue setup made for some unforgettable dinners under the stars. What truly made our stay exceptional, however, was the hospitality of Anna and Jenny. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel completely at home. They were incredibly professional, kind, and attentive to every detail — whether it was helping us settle in, arranging transportation, or making thoughtful local recommendations. Their warm and genuine care turned a beautiful stay into a perfect one. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing beach escape with world-class service. 너무 편안하게 쉬다 왔어요 시설이 노후됐지만 상태는 청결했고 카톡으로 안나와 제니님께서 수시로 상황을 체크해주셔서 좋았어요^^대가족이라 조식먹으러 이동하기 힘들었는데 요리사님이 와서 요리해주시니 편했고 음식도 매우 맛있었어요^^

최고 빌라

너무 행복한 여행이였습니다 2박3일의 시간이였지만 빌라 스테프들의 친절함으로 아주 행복했다 특히 안나와 제니의 도움으로 필요할때마다 챙김을 받았다 오히려 필요할만것들을 미리미리 알아봐줘서 좋았다 특히 체크인날 마사지업체의 실수로 전혀 엉뚱한곳에 낙오되었는데 제니의 도움으로 잘해결될수있었다 다음에 다낭에 오게 된다면 꼭 다시 여기 숙소에 올것이며 다른 사람들에게도 추천할것이다 다시한번 감사하다

Villa b8로 배정 받았습니다. 다른 후기에서보면 룸 컨디션이 안좋았다는 얘기들이 있는데 그냥 오래된 가구들이다 보니 그런건 있으나 룸컨디션은 괜찮았습니다. 최대 단점이라고 하면 리조트의 위치가 애매합니다. 다낭 시내와 호이안 올드타운 두 지점의 중간 정도며 리조트 밖으로는 다닐 곳이 없습니다. 음식은 그랩으로 배달시켜 드시면 좋습니다. 아무래도 리조트에 있는 레스토랑은 가격이 좀 나가고보니… 이가격에 이정도 시설이면 ? 저희 가족은 만족했습니다. 저희는 재 방문 의사 있습니다 . Anna와 jenny 그리고 아침마다 저희 방을 방문해서 조식을 준비해주시는 모든 직원들이 친절했습니다.

Great Villa Resort, very friendly staff who always responded very promptly to any enquiries. We stayed at 2 Villas which were both in great condition. The only downside is that there is not much (restaurants, beach clubs, supermarket) in close proximity to the Villa Resort.

아주만족합니다.

출국전에 카톡으로 연락와서 자세하게 설명도해주고 빌라 앞까지 그랩및배달까지 바로 받을수있고 부족하거나 궁금한거 카톡으로 편하게 물어볼수있어서 아주 만족합니다. 수영장도 커서 너무 마음에들고 노후된 빌라지만 관리가 잘되어서 깨끗합니다. 나중에 재방문의사있습니다. Jenny 너무 친절해요~

The location of the apartment is amazing. Beautiful views, amazing amenities in the compound, 2 large pools and a 5 minute walk to a stunning beach. The flat is beautiful inside and has everything you would need for a short or long stay with family or friends. It's very easy to organise taxis too and from the building and most places are no more than 20 minutes away.
