Excellent location, friendly & helpful staffs. Comfort Room & nice breach view

My experience at the Four Points by Sheraton was diminished mainly due to the ongoing works going on in the hotel. Main swimming pool area which is heavily advertised on their website was closed and boarded up, the main entrance to the hotels was closed and side entrance had to be used, the hotel was being painted which means painters were absailing down the building. Blacony was taped up with dust and paint splatters. Breakfast was ok, nothing amazing. Staff were great as expected. Hotel room was on a high floor so amazing views of beach and ocean. Location is more on the quieter end of the strip, 10 min taxi ride is required to get to beach clubs or more towards han river otherwise is minimum 40 min walk. Finally, the worst experience of all were the lifts. Extremely slow and inconvenient.
