"Best hotel i have ever stayed"

"i stayed 2nights. Hotel is little bit far from the beach but night sightseeing was great especially the sunset was beautiful. Staff also were so kind. "

"Our stay at Chiclands was just OK. We paid extra for the larger one bedroom oceanfront room for 10 nights. Great view but unfortunately we did not know that they are building a new high rise next door. This made sitting on the balcony impossible due to the noise which began from early morning and lasted until after midnight on a few nights. Not exactly conducive to a relaxed holiday feel. The room itself was nice but the wardrobe was the smallest I have ever seen barely fitting in anything. The “kitchen” which was full of cupboards and shelves was totally empty except for 2 wine glasses. No other cutlery, crockery, glasses, utensils. The “kitchen” was a total waste of space. There was a capsule pod machine but no pods at all. We went to some Marts/Markets but were unable to purchase any. Daily housekeeping was very hit and miss obviously depending on who was cleaning the room. Unfortunately it was mostly miss for us. The staff in the breakfast buffet restaurant were friendly and helpful. The pool area is lovely upstairs but again every time we went up there used towels were still on the chairs and remained there for a long time. Same for used drink glasses. They just sat there. Very rarely did we see staff in this area. The cocktail bar upstairs is very nice but far too expensive. A traditional Happy Hour would definitely entice more people especially when I can go across the road and sit beachfront with drink in hand for under half the price. I would not stay here again. "

"Location location location! This hotel within walking distance to the beach, atm, mini mart and some restaurants for dinner. The pool was clean and relaxing. Our room was clean and had a partial ocean view. Staff were friendly. The only thing I wish they was restaurant for dinner. There is only a seafood restaurant so you will have to go offsite for dinner should you not want seafood. There is a small pool bar menu open until 5pm which had delicious food. We would stay again. "

"Excellent large modern rooms with comfortable beds and the most amazing sea views. However this hotel is a bit further along the beach than we were expecting and all the beach clubs/restaurants/other beach hotels were about a mile down the beach. The beach opposite the hotel has no sun beds and looks like it is more of a locals beach for fishing/padel boarding etc. Luckily Grab is easy and cheap so not a huge issue for the 3 nights we were here. More of an issue was the public service announcements that start around 6am with the speaker being right opposite the hotel. It’s so loud it woke us every morning. Despite being on the 12th floor and earplugs! The breakfast is plentiful and the rooftop pool is great but with just a few sunbeds, it does get very busy quickly. All the staff are super friendly and helpful. If we ever returned to DaNang I don’t think we would choose this hotel again due to its location. We would rather be further down in the beach resorts. "
