"This is our 3rd stay at the property. Great location. Staff are amazing - My at guest relations is the best! Huynh, Phuong, Nhi and Tuyet are always friendly and helpful - even remember how I like my steaks and eggs for breakfast after first day! Chef Phuc and Huy are great - waking up at 6:30am for their breakfast buffet is truly a treat. And so many members of the team that I don’t have space to acknowledge. This is a special place where I want to keep coming back and stay longer each time."

"There’s not enough room in this box to say everything that I possibly can so I’ll just make it short and sweet. The staff treated me like a complete king. There were very welcoming the moment I walked in the door and we’re right there for anything I needed was always showing me, smiles and waving at me when they saw me and if I spoke to them, they always make sure they asked if everything was great and if I needed anything, let them know because they would get it for me right away. The staff at this establishment went above and beyond for my stay and I was sad to go, but look forward to seeing them again. They are absolutely top-tier establishment, and I truly enjoyed every moment of this place. The room was clean every day. The staff smiled and was kind to me always. The beach view was amazing from the 27th floor with the rooftop pool and also not to mention the amazing buffet breakfast every morning always hit a spot. "

"Very attentive staff, great breakfast good variey but breajfast room could uae windows cleaned. Room was very nice with great view.Pool are is not very inviting. Pool area looks like it was forgotten. Bit of a wait for elevators"

"The breakfast options other than eggs was terrible. The air conditioning in our room did not work, it was 38 degrees and high humidity. We were moved to a different room over night while the air conditioner was "fixed". It was not fixed. We had to move back to our room in the morning and the next night it was hot and stuffy again. Because we had to move rooms and we had to move all our stuff back in the morning and missed going to marble mountains and the lady buddah. Our day was ruined. That night it was so hot in our room I called reception to ask for it to be fixed. They sent a technician who came in and left right away. It was after midnight at this point and we had to be up at 6am for a flight. I asker the hotel on checkout for a refund or discount as we did not sleep well and missed excursions to site seeing areas because of the hassel. All they offered was a $5 ride to the airport. Ridiculous. Do not recommend staying here because if something goes wrong they will not help you."

"Room was cleaned well. The view from our room was excellent. Definitely a problem with staff speaking English. We went to the pool but couldn't use it because it was too packed. We got a voucher of 150000 VND per day for Han restaurant, but this was restricting and we didn't use all the vouchers. It would have been better to make it more flexible. The front of the property was nightmare with cars. overall experience was very good."
