Updated hotel near the dragon bridge and Han market with elevator. Rooms are small with an awkward bathrooom with no separate door but a glass toilet door and shower door. Lack of sound proofing as you could hear people talking next door and music feom 2 floors up. No real place to put clothes but a wardrobe to hang. Had a nice little balcony view.

The front desk staff are very polite and welcoming. The room was clean, the shower stall was surrounded with glasses so the bathroom floor was not slippery. The central air conditioner was not cool enough in the afternoons. The location was great with walking distance to Hân Market, Sin Tra night market, dragon bridge, Pink Church, cafés and restaurants. The restaurant was clean and open with a tiny swimming pool and children play ground. The food selections were low on our second breakfast buffet. I appreciate Nghiệm with his farewell when checking out. Thanks everyone!

The hotel was fine and good value for money. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Unusual feature in a large building was the corridors were not air conditioned. All other features of hotel facilities were very good The breakfast offering was very good. A couple of channels on tv were in English which is always nice. Easy walking distances to two bridges and the cheap shopping market was 100m away. A short grab or taxi trip necessary to get to the beach which was nice but nothing much else to do or see there but enjoy the beach. 10 km to Marble mountain and is a must see in Da Nang. 140k dong (A$10) each way in a grab(uber). No complaints with this hotel from me.

Not My Cup of Tea

The room was decent but in definite need of an update. We stayed in the "penthouse" suite, which was located at the very end of a dark and dreary hallway that smelled awful like a septic tank at all times. I think it was right next door to housekeeping too because we would hear the chatter among the workers. Beware there is limited hot water, so you will have to stagger showers throughout the day if there are multiple people in the room. That was frustrating, but we made the most of our stay though. The front desk staff were very nice and accommodating. I mentioned about the hot water issue and they did the best they could. My family's flight was delayed and they allowed us to keep the room a few extra hours past check out time, which was very nice of them.

Enjoyed my stay in this hotel Around 10mins from Da Nang airport via taxi. It's situated just across the "pink church" and so the road along is busy which is very good if you are traveling alone meaning that there are always people around- lots of restaurants, cafe and food shops closely. It's also walkable to the Han River. Also close to the market. If you're booking any activities or site seeing the hotel is within the pick up location. I found the place in a very convenient location. Room wise (balcony room)- the room was clean, spacious, airconed, bottle of water, you get robes too. Breakfast was also good. In terms of room for improvement, I think the staff could be more friendlier and welcoming when guests arrive or if they see their guests in the reception area. Otherwise, i would recommend the hotel and would stay here again if ever!

Location was great, staff attentive and very helpful. Room was really good and had everything we needed. Bteakfasts were top notch. The only thing we didn't like was the lack of privacy in the bathroom. They didnt close properly and had gaps so your room partner could see you and smells could travel easily. I was travelling with my grown son so it got a bit embarrassing

空港に深夜到着だったので、24時間受付が対応してくれて、かつ女性グループが安心して泊まれるホテルを条件で探しました。まだ比較的新しいので、全体的には清潔感があります。 ベッドはやや狭めで、シャワーの水圧も強くはありませんが、許容範囲ではあります。壁に細かい虫がいるのは南国なので仕方ないかも知れません。（人を刺す虫ではありません。） ダナン大聖堂の向かいに建っているので、窓からピンクの教会が拝めて感動しました。 土日宿泊の場合、早朝から大聖堂の鐘の音や、ごミサの音はずっと響きます。 朝食は2日間違うメニューでした。 とにかく立地が良いので、徒歩で行ける場所も多く、グラブは待ち時間が全くありません。プールは狭いので、利用しませんでしたが、使っている方は貸切状態でした。 利便性重視の方にはおすすめのホテルです。
