on arrival in the room nothing was working ie phone safety box etc the garbage can in the bathroom was broken but the staff was very nice and helpful

There is a night club and most of nights i wasn’t able to sleep because of the noise. The party everywhere ends at 3 am but at this hotel stays until 4 am. I don’t know people with kids what they do!! And because of the night club there are so many people staying at the front door and waiting for girls to go out and it was very annoying for girls.

All good. Carpets though doesnt have stains but tiles will be good upgrade. Breakfast dinner could be better. Lobby is not at all impessive. Otherwise had a good experience. Staff is very good.

The hotel offers good service overall, and the staff were friendly and helpful. However, I was given incorrect information during check-in regarding breakfast hours. I was told that breakfast is from 06:00 to 10:30, and on Saturdays it extends until 11:30. In reality, it was only extended by about 10 minutes, not one hour as stated. We arrived at the restaurant at 10:30, expecting to still have enough time, but unfortunately that was not the case. This was disappointing and could be improved by providing accurate information to guests.
