Our overall 4 night stay in Kyoto at the Grand Monday was outstanding! From the Management team and to some of the staff (Vanesa, Muang, Thiri, etc.) and amenities were all amazing! The hotel was very modern and very clean! Would definitely come back and stay there again. Thank you for making our stay very memorable 🙏

Amazing location close to great food, shopping, and bars. Super clean and well sized rooms. It was SO NICE having a washer/dryer. Stayed 6 nights out of our two week vacation and were able to wash clothes everyday. One con is they don’t have room keys so you enter a code for the elevator/room and the elevator code sometimes didn’t work but other than that amazing stay, would definitely stay here again.

Excellent luxury hotel

The property was well-kept, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was great the amenities that they provide really helps on coming guests. I will stay here again and recommend this hotel.

No lounge/common space, probably good for business people but not so good for tourists in my opinion, room ok but felt breakfast was fairly expensive

We had a fantastic stay at Monday Apart Premium Kyoto Station and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kyoto. The accommodation was incredibly spacious, which was a real luxury after busy days of sightseeing. Everything was spotlessly clean, modern and well maintained, making it feel like a home away from home. What truly made our stay special was the outstanding staff. Every member of the team was welcoming, friendly, and genuinely helpful. They always took the time to chat with us and made us feel valued as guests. On more than one occasion, when we were completely lost trying to navigate the transport system and find our destination, the staff went above and beyond to help us work out the best route and ensure we got where we needed to go. Their kindness, patience and dedication to customer service made a lasting impression on us and played a huge part in making our Kyoto trip so enjoyable. We would not hesitate to stay here again and would gladly recommend Monday Apart Premium Kyoto Station to family and friends. Thank you for such a wonderful experience! 😊
