I loved the location; being near Gangnam Station and all the stores was so convenient. My only minor disappointment was that the room felt a bit more cramped than the pictures suggested

customer service could be approved upon. I booked the incorrect date in error. They would not move the date nor offer any discount towards correct date, even though i had not used the breakfast credit or checked in at all. A bit of flexibility would have been nice.

This hotel was fantastic. We enjoyed staying here since it was conveniently located. I personally would not stay here if I didn’t have children but it is close to shopping and dining. When I booked the hotel, I was excited to see that there was a spa that was available for guests and also an airport shuttle from the airport. This is false advertising. The spa and shuttle is not available for guests free of charge. We paid approximately $50 to use the spa, so just be prepared for that. The customer service was excellent and the restaurants were amazing in the hotel. Also there is nothing open for coffee and breakfast before 7am in the hotel or even close by.

Convenient to Myeong-dong and wonderful stay. Facilities were top-level with a gym, spa, lounge, and pool that is as good as most health clubs. Did not get to try the hotel's golf driving range but will probably put that on my to-do list for next time.

Spacious and excellent customer service.

Great location! Close to a lot of different shops and restaurants, and having a CU on the main floor of the hotel was so convenient! Staff was so helpful and friendly and our room was beautiful! I would definitely stay here again if I come back to Korea and would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting!
