Lovely resort hotel . Our room was enormous, the pool was relaxing and breakfast was amazing - so much choice and all really fresh . It’s a bit out of the city but there are local buses and train on the doorstep and a free shuttle bus too. We came to see Fukuoka and have a rest from Tokyo . The hotel was great for both. Only downside for us was no vegetarian option at Dinner so we ate in Fukuoka .

Plenty of seating in the main lobby area to relax, read, or just stare out into the surrounding ocean. Direct beach access and outdoor showers. Onsen (温泉) is located on the top floor which overlooks the ocean.

Friendly, clean, great for families. I wish they had a shuttle. Also, I wish some of the activities were included in the price. Good buffet.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this exceptional 5-star resort in Nago, Japan, and without a doubt, it was one of the finest hospitality experiences we've ever had. The room was absolutely stunning: spacious, immaculate, and elegantly designed with modern comforts and traditional Japanese touches. Our suite offered breathtaking ocean views, a serene private balcony, and thoughtful amenities that exceeded expectations, including plush bedding, luxury bath products, and state-of-the-art technology. What truly set this resort apart was the service. Every team member we encountered was genuinely kind, attentive, and proactive. Whether it was arranging transportation (including a shuttle from Naha), our dining, taxis, or simply greeting us each time we saw them, the hospitality was unmatched. The amenities were equally impressive. The resort boasts a serene infinity pool overlooking the coast, a world-class spa with traditional Japanese treatments, and several outstanding restaurants featuring locally sourced ingredients and impeccable presentation. Every meal was a culinary highlight. I would highly recommend this resort and can't wait to go back to Okinawa so we can stay here again.

Nothing surrounded. Ventilation on the ceiling was full of dust. But facilities are good enough for families.

water park several pools one small one for kids a lazy river an adult only pool,lunch at the pool bar the food's good they also have a buffet there. Throughout the day you'll get unlimited soda and water and coffee or tea would definitely get the breakfast buffet for the morning you get a very big variety of food it is the same food everyday they don't change it. maybe change it up every 3-day rotation would be nice The dinner buffets a little smaller you do get sushi and you get alcohol variety of beers wines and I believe there is liquor even there. But that's why it's $50 for the day in US dollar. It's better just to book it when you book the hotel room because then you book it for the whole thing and you'll save money if you're going to do it everyday .there is a restaurant you can walk to at the entrance of the complex there's a little shopping plaza there with a restaurant you can get ice cream there and snacks and souvenirs. also you can walk to the lighthouse it's not that far and there's another place where you can get food and souvenirs and camping equipment over there and then you also get the beach across the street with your hotel stay you'll get one lounge chair per day per room bring your own towels and you'll get to use the jungle gym that's in the ocean for 50 min, you get a discount on the Motorsports, you get paddle boarding with the room as well. The lighthouse is not that far away it is a nice walk there they also have a playground a basketball court at
