This is my second stay at Swissotel Nankai Osaka.
The location is excellent.
You can take the Nankai Rapit train directly, and Dotonbori is within walking distance.
There are many shopping malls nearby, which is very convenient.
The hotel staff were considerate and handled guests’ requests well.
Because of the great location, I would like to stay here again.
However, one downside is that the breakfast quality seems lower than when I first visited a few years ago.
I think the breakfast needs improvement.
For drinking water, the hotel uses reusable bottles for environmental reasons, but bottled water might be better for hygiene.
The room view is very nice.
The room was clean, and the bathroom was comfortable with the bathtub and sink separated.
If I visit Osaka again, this is a hotel I would like to stay at.

The staff were all professional and patient. I was able to communicate myself without too much trouble in English. Room was well replenished with basic commodities and receives cleaning daily (can be declined if you wish).

객실 창문이 열리지 않아 환기를 할수 없었고 공동샤워장과 공동화장실을 이용해야 되서 많이 불편했음. 리셉션 나이가 많아 보이는 남자는 손님을 앞에두고 눈길한번 주지않고 긴통화를 하묘해서 불쾌했음
