hotel is very near the station. it is vibrant and modern and the rooms are spacious and have a great layout.

We had the chance to stay at this hotel just days after it opened, and it was a great experience. The hotel was clean, as you would expect when it’s brand new. The breakfast was a highlight, especially the freshly squeezed orange juice - it was delicious. The staff were all friendly and helpful, making us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. Our room had plenty of space, easily accommodating four large luggage bags without feeling cramped. Overall, it was a great stay, and we’d definitely recommend it.

This hotel boasts a prime location near transportation, attractions and eateries. The rooms are a good size, and you'll find free coffee in the lobby and complimentary amenities if you forget something.

Amazing stay at Okura. The room service was excellent, and the staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive. I want to especially thank Misaki for her outstanding support, her assistance truly made my stay even more enjoyable.

Big rooms and close to everything

ロケーション良かったです！駅からも遠くないしキャナルシティもすぐそこです。徒歩圏内に色々あります。すぐ近くに小さな公園もあり、うちの子達はとても喜んでいました。 お部屋が綺麗で広くて、子連れにとって過ごしやすかったです。 リビング、寝室が2部屋、キッチンもあります。 ただ掃除用具が全くないのが不便です。滞在中も連泊の間はクリーニングが入らないようです。食器類は最低限用意されていますが、使用前からコップに汚れがこびりついていました。スポンジで擦っても落ちないため爪で削り落として使用しました。 洗濯機は洗濯のみですが、浴室乾燥機があります。ハンガーの数が限られているので家族4人分を乾かすのが少し大変でした。 総合的にとてもいい滞在になりました。 素敵なお部屋なので家族旅行におすすめします！
