Clean friendly staff

Beautiful location tucked away from noise. Very clean and it has friendly staff. The pool is beautiful and location is convenient

This place was a smaller type of resort maybe not the most biggest don't let that fool you only one street away from the beach about 10 minutes easy walk.. Fantastic staff all round great breakfast every morning they couldn't help you more than enough even room service. Can organise day trips with no hassles for us in any way All in all I'm already planning next year and organising Vegemite food Aussie travellers hahaha

The room was cleaned and the property was beautiful. The food is overpriced and not great. Breakfast was basic, you had to get creative to make it enjoyable. The staff was very friendly and consistently helpful. I would stay again.

We were greeted with a special tea and cool cloths, then driven up to our suite. Our driver brought our bags in and showed us how to use everything. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were all delicious. You also can get a ride to and from the restaurant as it can be a walk depending on where you are staying in the villa. They also offer a shuttle to and from kamala beach throughout the day. We had an very relaxing and enjoyable stay. We would definitely come back again!

Staff were friendly as could be.. house keeping was very bad, out of 2 weeks stay my room was cleaned 3 times, cleaners were very lazy. Could smell a bad smell in the room, smelt like sewers. After bad rain water was coming into the room. Not likely to stay there there again

Check-in was very unorganized. I waited over 2 hours for a clean room because the room I was “upgraded” to had a puddle of water inside and smelled moldy. The second room I was provided was better, but the overall experience was disappointing. After everything I had already dealt with, I asked if dinner for two could be provided as a courtesy and was told no. About 45 minutes later, I was offered coconut water instead. The lack of urgency, communication, and effort to make the situation right made an already frustrating check-in experience even worse.
