First of all, the check-in process took far too long. Despite arriving after 3:30 p.m., I had to wait standing in the lobby for almost an hour. Although the room was clean, the hotel’s facilities were extremely dated and fell well short of what I would expect from a five-star property. There was also a strong odor coming from the carpet. The air conditioning was so loud that it was difficult to sleep with it running, and the in-room amenities were lacking. When I requested ice in the early hours of the morning, the staff member who assisted me was unfriendly. The location seemed to be the hotel’s only redeeming feature. On top of that, minibar charges appeared on my bill at checkout even though I had not used the minibar at all. Thankfully, the charges were removed after verification. The hotel should also consider providing a larger in-room refrigerator or replacing the current unit. At this price, I would not stay here again.

깨긋한 객실이지만 호텔이 전반적으로 노후됬네요. 화장실도 업그레이드가 필요함. 위치는 최고, 직원도 친절함. 호텔 스테이크 식당 서비스는 너무 느리고, 테이블 안내하는 직원 매우 느리고 불친절함.
