It's a great hotel honestly. My room was amazing and secure and quiet. You had to have a room key just to use the elevator. The bathroom was clean and looked nice. Also a central area for nightlife but it wasn't my scene. Dozens of bars, restaurants and shopping areas all within 10 minutes of walking

The staff were friendly and helpful and responsive to our questions. The hotel is centrally located and only a short walk to the BTS and MRT as well as the river. I would definitely stay here again.

Very nice bathroom and bedroom space. Very helpful and friendly staff also, they helped me collect my Grab delivery when it was sent to the wrong part of the hotel very patiently.

Pick up was organized, room was good.
Stayed twice in one week.
Reception tried to push a different room ( two bed) than the one we reserved three months ago.
They changed the room once we expressed our shock
That was NOT a good experience .

All were acceptable from the price perspective, just the room service which knocked on our door at 02:30hrs, pass to us a new set of battery which she could have went the wrong room. It was just a 1 time off, all other services and stay experience has been up to standard.
