Excellent location in Nagoya Station

Staff was courteous but the walls are incredibly thin, the bed was not the most comfortable. To foreigners that aren’t familiar with smoking rooms - the whole floor will smell of cigarettes. Do not make the mistake of booking a smoking room if you are not a smoker.

Clean room, very nice bathroom with the rainhead shower and soaker tub. Family really enjoyed the variety of breakfast food options. Good location. Nice staff. Would definitely come back again.

This hotel is in a great location, close to Nagoya Station and dining options. Our room was spacious. The shower was amazing, one of the best shower experiences in my life - the water felt soft and the layout of the bathroom made the most sense. The TV was a smart TV with streaming options. One of the best hotels we stayed at in Japan.
