Our stay at the RiverTown was wonderful. The location is good - close to everything yet very quiet. The staff went above and beyond in every way to be helpful. We would not hesitate to recommend this hotel.

Totally enjoyed our stay at this resort. Made such a change not to be in a typical high rise hotel complex. The rooms are spacious and clean, the staff are amazingly friendly and helpful. Easy walk to local shops, restaurants and beaches. Lovely and quiet resort with easy ways into Hoi An by either the hotel shuttle bus or a quick cab ride. Would definitely return again next time we visit Vietnam.

We stayed in the family room, which was comfortably spacious for our family of five. The room was very clean and well equipped with all the amenities we needed. One area that could be improved is the bathroom layout, as there was limited counter space for items like toothbrushes and toiletries. The breakfast buffet was enjoyable and a step above the typical Western-style continental offerings. The hotel’s location is extremely convenient, just a short walk to My Khe Beach, with plenty of restaurants and coffee shops nearby. What truly sets this hotel apart is the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful, and Duy in particular stood out — a true star who made our stay even better.
