Staff spoke little English but were helpful when assistance was needed. Family room was spacious. However the sofa bed was uncomfortable and cannot be sleep on. Sore spine and terrible pain. Definitely not recommended for sleeping.

The hotel looks stunning as you approach it, and the staff were most helpful and kind.
However, the room left a couple of things to be desired. I didn't arrive till almost 9pm, and though the club room upstairs was supposed to have food, it had only a little fruit. Also the staff member must have been new and did not know how to cut an apple to serve it.
