This was our first time at this resort and it was amazing. The staff was more than top notch. Everyone seemed to be happy to help and be available for you at any time. The room upgrade was perfect!! The rooms and resort was clean and I had no issues with anything!! Thank you for a stay we will always remember.

The staff were the best part. Don’t get me wrong of course, the site is amazing, the beach was amazing, but the staff were just top of the line. They were kind, attentive, perceptive, and fun!

This hotel is a gem and I wished my family and I had more than 5 days to stay. The staff are wonderful, the rooms are beautiful (ours had a patio pool and double showers in the bathrooms), the spa facilities are really worth mentioning (any guest can use them regardless of whether you are getting treatments or not), and food was delicious. There are plenty of bikes to use on the property so we loved cycling between our rooms and the beachfront pool and restaurants. It was truly relaxing and I can’t wait to go back.

Overall happy with the hotel. Did NOT like the pressure from staff member pushing to sign us up for a lecture to buy future vacation time!! I was there to relax and not to be pushed to do something l didn’t want to do!

Great place! My first all inclusive and it was my honeymoon so it was a bit hard to be critical. Friendly staff very clean and great restaurants!
Opportunities for the property:
- A welcome tour of the property after arrival would improve confidence wondering around and knowing where areas were having events
- Maybe on the website a little heads up of the seaweed season the smell was a suprise but they did a great job cleaning up the beaches the best they could!
