Room was beautiful with a wonderful view. The staff was amazing and so kind and helpful!! Definitely recommend if looking for a relaxing getaway

Cleanliness, food, fruits . Day took me 3 rooms all of them are old and not clean enough

Great size hotel, big enough but don’t have to walk miles to get from room to facilities. 90% of rooms have ocean/sunset view. Would have preferred a buffet available for lunch and dinner, not just breakfast. Sometimes a quick lunch is necessary or a dinner without a reservation. Need more seating options around the pool, more umbrellas and maybe not solely loungers. The music turned on at the pool at 8 am is way too loud, should be more muted until noon. Would have liked more specialty nights, only had one Mexican night the day we arrived and then an Italian buffet one night that was not advertised, we didn’t know about it until it started. Entertainment was good. Restaurant food was excellent. Nothing was marked with allergies on menus so that was difficult but staff mostly were able to answer questions on gluten.

We loved the different pools, restaurants, great drinks, and excellent food. The staff were outstanding, the service was superb, (the bellman Arnulfo [blue eyes] was helpful and stepped up to help out with transportation). Housekeeping noticed that we were celebrating a birthday, and they had a pleasant surprise in the room, complete with balloons and a "Happy Birthday" sign. That made the day even more special; it was just beautiful! Can't wait to go back.
