Friendly kind staff, great help!

Food was great, service was great, but room was tiny! However, I think this is normal for most single person rooms in Japan and given its size, the layout worked well enough.

Stanford decently friendly, though clearly overwhelmed by the crowds. Make sure you leave time for check in, because the entire lobby fills. The rooms were a bit worn and dated. The TVs were old and had only a few channel options and no streaming apps. Bathrooms were decent, though the toilet paper is so thin you can see through it and seems ridiculous for an expensive hotel like Gracery. The Godzilla balcony was also closed, so their one big attraction was inaccessible. Overall, I would spend similar money for a better experience elsewhere.

The rooms were very clean. Staff were all friendly and helpful. There are two breakfast buffets on the 2nd floor and they are both outstanding with various choices.

Great breakfast options. There are three restaurants that you can pick from. The location is great you can get to different train station very quickly.

the room is relatively dark, especially the cafe bar cabinet, too many lighting switches to light up the room
