Great location, centrally located to all the stations and bus stops, as well as shopping centers and street markets. Staff was helpful and polite. Location provides laundry services but did not have self-service laundromat, however there are at least 2 independent self-service laundromats within 15 mins walking distance.

Loved our rooms. Loved the shower and water pressure.
Check in was easy, staff were fantastic! Breakfast was amazing. Everyone was happy and we are picky eaters.
The only downside was the renovations taking place which limited our views from our rooms and there was only one elevator/ lift in operation which was annoying at busy times (check out and breakfast). We ended up being late to a booking because it took a long time to get back to our rooms after breakfast and then again trying to leave the building. The other minor complaint was the noise at night. Not great if you’re a light sleeper.

The hotel was simply spectacular. The room was spacious with a fantastic view. If staying around Namba station is what’s you’re looking for then this is a great option.
The swimming pool looks a bit dated and needs a bit of renovation to bring it up to par with the rest of the wonderful building but is more than adequate.
All in all I would definitely stay again.
