Port Wine Route Golf Vacations

The location of the hotel was not ideal. A good ten minute walk to the Metro. Fortunately Uber/Bolt cabs are really cheap and plentiful. The room was spotless, but lacked character. Bathroom was lovely. Reception staff were pleasant and helpful. The biggest downer for me was the breakfast. 14euro per head and the cooked selection was straight out of a tin. Unappetising and lacking. Small selection of cereal. Large collection of cakes and pastries. Some fruit, meats and rolls. Small selection of teas. But overall the breakfast was disappointing and clinical. Purchased on the first morning but not again. The location of the hotel was also an issue. Just too far out from the centre, so not really convenient. The reception area and bar were functional, but lacked atmosphere. If I was returning to Porto, I would chose another hotel.

Excellent location and very comfortable room with a small balcony. Lighting was dark in the room and could be better. I only stayed 1 night and checked in to my room after 3pm and out at 12 noon. Would have been nice to have a later check out but it wasn’t possible. Staff were friendly a
