Nice for price, but room a little too cold my taste. Excellent grounds.

A premium hotel in every sense, with facilities that fully live up to that standard. Check-in was smooth and efficient, handled by staff who were exceptionally polite, helpful, and comfortable in English throughout. A room upgrade was kindly provided, resulting in a spacious and immaculate room with a truly spectacular view over Tokyo Bay. The room was well-maintained and presented to an excellent standard. Overall, a thoroughly enjoyable stay that we would recommend without hesitation.

The location of the hotel directly across Shinagawa Station was really great. The staff were also very cordial and helpful. Our room however was small, and it smelled of smoke. The carpet has cigarette burns in it and some of the shower tiles were cracked. They need to replace the carpet and maintain the room a little better.

Our stay at the Sheraton Grand Tokyo Bay was absolutely amazing from beginning to end. This hotel exceeded all of our expectations and truly made our trip unforgettable. One of the highlights was definitely the food. There were so many dining options to choose from, and every day we tried a different restaurant. Each meal was delicious, with a great variety of cuisines and excellent quality. It never felt repetitive, and we were always excited for the next dining experience. The swimming pool was also beyond incredible — easily one of the best hotel pools we have ever experienced. It was beautiful, relaxing, and extremely well maintained. My son absolutely loved it and had the best time during our stay. Seeing how happy he was made the experience even more special for our family. As for the facilities, there is honestly nothing to complain about. Everything was modern, clean, luxurious, and very well organized. You can really feel the high standards throughout the entire hotel. Most importantly, the staff were truly exceptional. Every single employee we encountered was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. Their hospitality was easily 10/10 and made us feel welcomed and cared for every moment of our stay. We would definitely come back again and highly recommend Sheraton Grand Tokyo Bay to anyone visiting Tokyo, especially families. It was an unforgettable experience.
