We had an amazing 2-day stay at bai Hotel Cebu. From check-in to check-out, the staff were very professional, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. We booked for 2 rooms and both rooms were clean, modern, spacious, and very comfortable. The food selection was excellent, especially the breakfast buffet which had a wide variety of delicious choices. We also enjoyed the hotel facilities and the overall ambiance of the property especially the pool bar which has a stunning 360 views of Cebu City. The panoramic city view, especially at night with all the city lights, was absolutely breathtaking and made the experience feel extra special and relaxing. We highly recommend bai Hotel Cebu to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with incredible views of Cebu City. We will definitely come back again.

The staff was amazing! They have a very nice Gym with spa. The pool was under construction so I did not get to partake however it looks like when it is finished it is going to be amazing.!

The staff were friendly. The family room that we stayed in for three nights on the third floor was extremely noisy from 9pm until 3-4 am. It sounded like there was a nightclub close by. We did not have a restful sleep. I should have asked for another room on the second night.

Good breakfast, several food to choose . My room was clean but need some maintenance specially the bathroom shower door. By the window it looks like something was done but not finished. Towels need to be changed, they looked old and overused. Also when people on the other room made some loud noise or moved something you can hear it, that happened on my first night. I was awakened by people talking loud and made noise by moving furniture in their room . I liked the location which is just across Ayala mall where you can do shopping and restaurants to choose.
