As you check in on the 13th floor it would be helpful to have a clearer sign in the entrance foyer. Apart from that we enjoyed the stay, the room and facilitates. It is conveniently located for many shops ahd restaurants and for the tram. Breakfast was a good selection of foods, mainly Japanese. Room cleaning is organised before 8am via an app on the TV, which we kept forgetting, so bear that in mind each day that you stay.

Our stay was very comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel was clean, the staff were kind and helpful, and the service was excellent throughout our stay. The location was also convenient, and the atmosphere was relaxing.
