3rd time on this place … Wonderful place, amazing service … like the place

I am a Expedia gold member which it says that if a room upgrade available I would get it for no cost. Well there was an upgrade available for about $140 a day. The first three days there they closed down the swim up bar at 3pm for private party even tho they did not use the pool.there was a perfect spot behind the swim up bar for private parties. We were also advised that the restaurant are first come. But when we arrived at a restaurant they advised a 90 min wait. Even tho they had numerous tables available and they advised by they were reserved. So that’s when we found out about butler service. So if you have a butler you can make reservations. Very nice perk if u have it. The food is absolutely amazing at all of the restaurants however at ever restaurant they have up charges for certain food items. I think if you pay for an all inclusive it should be all food. The food staff is absolutely amazing.

We have been going to this resort for years mostly because the staff is very nice, accommodating and go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. We traveled in a large group of 30 and the only snag was eating together (understandably so). The activity/entertainment staff is by far better than any resort we’ve attended.

We only stayed one night. We were given a room on the 4th floor with a beautiful balcony. Since we were VIP with Expedia, they provided us with a nice bottle of sparkling wine and 2 glasses which we enjoyed on the balcony overlooking the ocean. The room itself was a bit dated but ok for one night. We enjoyed the cushioned chairs by the pool and abundance of towels. Food was delicious in the Siempre restaurant. Probably the only thing we didn't enjoy was the pool. It was like bath water and too hot for us. When you got out of the pool, it felt chilly. Also, after you check out, they stop the All Inclusive at 2:00 when you have to stay a bit longer which I though was a bit cheap considering we paid a lot of money to stay here. Most all inclusive resorts let you use the all inclusive until 5:00 p.m. I like that they don't play really loud music all day like most resorts in Mexico. Very relaxing. The only reason I would not go back is because there wasn't enough shade around the pool as the umbrellas don't move so many times you were left in the burning sun. The architecture and landscaping was beautiful. You cannot swim in the ocean as it's dangerous, but beautiful to look at the huge waves.

La experiencia fue extraordinaria en todo sentido. La habitación linda, limpia, completa, llena de detalles. Lo mejor de Le Blanc es el serivcio. Desde el mayordomo hasta los beach concierges. Cada persona sabe lo que hace, se interesa por atenderte, pone especial atención en los detalles. Fue una vacación inolvidable. Hemos visitado muchos resorts a lo largo de los años, Le Blanc elevó la vivencia superando todo tipo de expectativas. El detalle de los mayordomos por piso, comprometidos en cada aspecto relevante coloca a Le Blanc en un lugar único. Visitamos el hotel en ocasión del cumpleaños de mi esposo y cada miembro hizo que fuera una celebración que no olvidaremos. Todo empezó de maravilla con nuestra prearrival concierge quien nos asistió en aspectos que ni esperábamos. Más que recomendable. Estamos muy agradecidos con cada persona que nos atendió en el piso. Fueron extraordianrios como mayordomos. En los restaurantes también fuimos atendidos con especial esmero e interés. A cada uno, gracias y gracias. El entretenimiento también es muy bueno, nada de ruido innesario. Cada espectáculo fue sobrio y la música de calidad. El área de las piscinas es elegante y a la vez cálida. Recomendamos ampliamente a Le Blanc como destino de una vacación sofisitcada y al mismo tiempo relajada.
