Westin's system needs to fixed. When we checked inthe keys to our room did not work. So, we headed back down to find out we had the keys to the wrong room. 2nd day, our room keys didn't work again, luckily your staff assisted me in reprogramming my key to work. Your staff made it wonderful, but your system is a mess.
Also, kudos to your cafe staff, excellent customer service.
